With us you will:

• Manage the end‑to‑end release cycle in the Salesforce environment

• Coordinate changes, deployments and release schedules

• Optimize DevOps processes and enhance the CI/CD pipeline

• Collaborate with development, QA and business teams

• Ensure the quality, stability and consistency of Salesforce environments

• Resolve merge conflicts and support branching strategy

• Monitor release status and report progress to stakeholders

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working as a Release Manager in a Salesforce environment

• Knows Copado and navigates DevOps tools with ease

• Thinks in terms of processes and knows how to improve existing flows

• Enjoys working in an Agile environment and cares about code quality

• Communicates effectively in English in an international setting

• Takes ownership and can work independently

• Wants to join a project where their input will truly shape the release process
