Technology focus areas

  • Technological maturity and leadership begin with the ability to say ‘no’ to bad ideas, shortcuts, and unnecessary complexity. Let’s build systems that are solid, scalable, and transparent. Not trendy. Not overengineered. Just reliable and efficient.

  • We optimize where it matters most. We challenge the status quo when it leads to meaningful change. We move with speed, think boldly, and deliver with intention, transforming complexity into clarity, and ambition into measurable results.

Q&A

  • In most cases, remote work is possible. You can find this information in the job posting and confirm it during the recruitment interview. We also encourage working from our offices or in a hybrid model – we have comfortable spaces in 6 cities across Poland, open and available to all employees.

  • At Onwelo, you have the flexibility to choose your form of employment – either an employment contract or a B2B contract. In some cases (e.g., if you are a student), a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) is also possible.

  • Absolutely. This is a good approach if you're interested in more than one career path.

  • Communication in our company, as well as the recruitment meeting itself, is typically conducted in Polish. However, you can expect your English skills to be assessed, as the language is sometimes necessary when working with client teams.

  • Absolutely, we encourage you to try again for newly available projects. You can simply apply for a position that interests you or reach out directly to the Recruitment Specialist who guided you through the process previously.

  • At Onwelo, the standard waiting time for feedback is up to two weeks. However, we understand how important timely feedback is, so you can usually expect it within a few business days.

  • The key to a successful interview is a professional approach and a friendly, partnership-based atmosphere. We tailor each meeting to your experience and the position you're applying for. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with basic information about our company beforehand. If you have any questions – write them down and feel free to ask during the interview to get to know us and the role better. Also, keep in mind that interviews require scheduling and often involve several people, so if you’re unable to attend, please let us know as early as possible.
