About the project:

We are currently looking for an experienced DevOps & Infrastructure Manager who will be responsible for managing the team and developing our client's technological environment. Hybrid work model in Warsaw - 3 days in the office.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and lead the DevOps team

• Plan and implement the IT infrastructure development strategy

• Identify and eliminate barriers blocking the team's work and manage communication with stakeholders (stakeholders)

• Oversee the availability, performance, and security of the IT environment and cloud environments

• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams

• Monitor infrastructure and respond to incidents

• Optimize infrastructure and cloud service costs

You’re a great fit if you:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in DevOps / infrastructure / SRE

• You have experience in managing a technical team

• You have a good knowledge of infrastructure technologies (server systems, networks, virtualization, cloud)

• You demonstrate the ability to plan infrastructure architecture and solve problems

• You communicate fluently in English – minimum B2.

Nice to have:

• Experience in high-availability/high-traffic environments

• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging systems
