Recruitment process
HR Interview
Once your application is positively reviewed, we’ll invite you to a meeting to learn more about your experience. We’ll present our company and answer your questions.
Tech Interview
We’ll assess whether your skills match the project’s needs. A technical expert will walk you through specific tasks and professional challenges you may meet.
Client Interview
If the role involves working directly with a client, you’ll meet project partners on their side. It’s a chance to showcase your competencies and learn more about.
Feedback
After the interviews, we’ll get back to you with feedback and inform you about the next steps in the recruitment process.
Online contract
To keep things simple, we'll set up an electronic contract for you to sign online. It ensures a fast and convenient experience.
Q&A
-
Is it possible to work 100% remotely?
In most cases, remote work is possible. You can find this information in the job posting and confirm it during the recruitment interview. We also encourage working from our offices or in a hybrid model – we have comfortable spaces in 6 cities across Poland, open and available to all employees.
-
What type of contract can I get?
At Onwelo, you have the flexibility to choose your form of employment – either an employment contract or a B2B contract. In some cases (e.g., if you are a student), a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) is also possible.
-
Can I apply for multiple positions?
Absolutely. This is a good approach if you're interested in more than one career path.
-
What language will the recruitment meetings be conducted in?
Communication in our company, as well as the recruitment meeting itself, is typically conducted in Polish. However, you can expect your English skills to be assessed, as the language is sometimes necessary when working with client teams.
-
I’ve already participated in a recruitment process at Onwelo. Can I apply again?
Absolutely, we encourage you to try again for newly available projects. You can simply apply for a position that interests you or reach out directly to the Recruitment Specialist who guided you through the process previously.
-
How long does it take to receive feedback after the interview?
At Onwelo, the standard waiting time for feedback is up to two weeks. However, we understand how important timely feedback is, so you can usually expect it within a few business days.
-
Should I prepare in any specific way for the interview?
The key to a successful interview is a professional approach and a friendly, partnership-based atmosphere. We tailor each meeting to your experience and the position you're applying for. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with basic information about our company beforehand. If you have any questions – write them down and feel free to ask during the interview to get to know us and the role better. Also, keep in mind that interviews require scheduling and often involve several people, so if you’re unable to attend, please let us know as early as possible.
