Our Sales team is made up of seasoned professionals who combine new business development with account growth. They know how to open doors and build long-term relationships based on trust. We work with clients across industries and geographies, delivering IT solutions in Software Development, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI, Automation & RPA, Cybersecurity, and supporting their digital transformation journeys.

With us, you will:
- Proactively acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing business partners.
- Build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships.
- Listen actively to business needs and translate them into tailored technology solutions from our portfolio.
- Identify new areas of collaboration (cross-selling, up-selling), create value propositions, and close deals.
- Collaborate with Delivery Teams and technology experts to prepare customized offers and presentations.
- Represent Onwelo in client meetings, industry events, and networking initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Has experience in selling IT products or services in a B2B environment.
- Combines determination in acquiring clients with an empathetic approach to business relationships.
- Can listen and “read between the lines” – understand what the client truly needs and help articulate it.
- Knows how to open new doors but also how to develop relationships that last for years.
- Understands IT technologies and can discuss them confidently and professionally with business clients.
- Has experience managing long sales cycles (6+ months) and collaborating with international clients.
- Is familiar with prospecting tools and techniques, knows how to build a sales pipeline and maintain momentum.
- Communicates fluently in Polish and English, both written and spoken, in business contexts.
- Is willing and able to travel for client meetings.
- Is a reliable and responsible professional others can count on
