With us, you will:

• Create and improve procedures, instructions, and documentation for Configuration Management processes
• Conduct meetings, prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations regarding the status of the CMDB
• Support the development and maintenance of the CMDB in accordance with best practices and the CSDM model
• Participate in development projects related to ServiceNow, particularly in the areas of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and related modules Monitor the quality of CI in the CMDB
• Analyze and optimize CM processes, including identifying areas requiring automation or improvement
• Work closely with technical teams to properly map services and configuration objects

What we’re looking for:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in coordinating or managing IT resources
• You have extensive knowledge of ITIL (certificates are welcome)
• You have experience working with ServiceNow, especially in the areas of CMDB, Discovery, or Service Mapping
• You have practical knowledge of CSDM and its application in an organization
• You are skilled at creating processes, procedures, operating instructions, and standards
• You are analytical and able to solve problems
• You are very comfortable working with both technical and business people
• You communicate fluently in English (minimum B2)
