With us, you will:

• Manage the IT Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment process end-to-end
• Ensure services are consistent, automated, and efficient
• Oversee daily supplier operations and SLA performance
• Apply ITIL v4 practices and focus on great user experience
• Improve processes, promote self-service, and reduce friction
• Work closely with Service Owners, Product Teams, and Vendors

What we’re looking for:

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Service Management
• You have hands-on experience in Service Catalog and Request Fulfillment
• You are familiar with multi-supplier or SIAM environments
• You have daily operational experience managing supplier performance and SLAs
• You hold strong knowledge of ITIL v4
• You are proficient in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
• You can design intuitive and user-friendly service catalogs
• You speak fluent English
